Day Tour to Barrow:
Travel from Fairbanks to Barrow in a 9-passenger, twin-engine Piper Chieftain, flying at an altitude between 5,000 – 10,000 feet. Everyone gets a window seat! Sightseeing includes the residential and commercial areas of this native village and a stop out along the Arctic Ocean coast.

This tour is subject to weather conditions in Barrow. The operator reserves the right to substitute for another destination if weather conditions do not allow a stop in Barrow.

Chena Hot Springs / Ice Museum Tour:
Your evening excursion includes round trip transportation from Fairbanks to the famous Chena Hot Springs Resort, a delicious buffet dinner at the Resort, and time to explore the year-round “Ice Museum”. (A warm coat is provided if you don’t have one with you!) The Resort is also famous for its hot springs and a pool pass is included, so don’t forget your swimsuit. Other activities available if you choose not to swim.

Arctic Circle Fly/Drive – 12 hours
A guided ground tour by van takes you north, viewing the Trans Alaska Pipeline, visiting the Arctic Circle Trading Post, and crossing the Arctic Circle where you will receive a commemorative certificate. Return to Fairbanks by air.

Overnight Excursions

Arctic Ocean Adventure 4 days/3 nights
A pre-night in Fairbanks begins your tour with features including van travel north on the Dalton Highway, crossing the Yukon River and the Arctic Circle with an overnight stop in Coldfoot. The following day’s highlights feature a visit to Wiseman, a historic goldmining community, then over the Continental Divide at Atigun Pass and on to the Arctic Coastal Plain before arriving in Prudhoe Bay where you will overnight. A visit to Prudhoe Bay oil fields and the shores of the Arctic Ocean is included before returning to Fairbanks by air.
